Flint Hill Christian School is a distinctively Christian school located in Bessemer, Alabama, in the suburbs of Birmingham.  Flint Hill is a K2 through 12th grade traditional school program that offers a quality education in a safe environment with a spiritual emphasis.  Though our school is a direct ministry of Flint Hill Baptist Church, over 150 churches are represented by our staff and student body.  Over the past seven years Flint Hill has grown to become the largest Christian school in our area with a full academic and athletic program.  Accreditation through ACSI has been a priority for two years and an improved and professional staff has become our earmark.

Accreditation

Flint Hill is ACSI accredited!

FHCS has gone through the grueling process of being evaluated by 8 ACSI educators. They looked at hundreds of documents, sat in every classroom at least once, and they interviewed students, teachers, administrators and parents. They spent 3 days looking deep into the day-to-day practices and policies of our school and finished up their report on April 23. We now have an official word from the commissioner and are thrilled to announce that they have deemed us worthy of accreditation. They have granted us a seven year certificate which is the most amount of years they grant to anyone.
